Pore Clean
Pore clean is a mixture of Peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid. It is designed as a cold sterilant for dialyzer reprocessing machines. It cleans and disinfects dialysis equipment (e.g. kidney machines) and materials (e.g. port caps) for reusing hollow fiber type dialyzers. Pore Clean is a single solution which replaces formaldehyde, hydrogen peroxide and bleach, when used for dialyzer reprocessing. Pore clean leaves no toxic residues and after reacting with organic material, it decomposes into oxygen and acetic acid. This cold sterilant destroys viruses, bacteria and fungus.
